THE LAST COWBOYis the story of Henry Dunn that proves there are real cowboys out there still today. After Henry wins a duel with a drunken sheriff in Strickland, Oregon, the mysterious cowboy heads east for Kansas where his long-lost-childhood love awaits. On the way he picks up his partner, The Kid – the son of a Las Vegas prostitute. Together they make the arduous journey, scraping for money and running from the law.
With a tragic romantic seriousness, Henry’s girl Angie waits back in Kansas on the verge of home foreclosure. The cowboy fights to get to her, seething against the commercial current.
